charmed by this soho gem
huge windowseasy accessmissing amenity
my suite had huge windows, offering expansive city views even at night. i found the location provided easy access to shopping and little italy. i also appreciated the convenient subway access and the nearby coffee shops.
the hotel lacked bottled water in the room, which they stated was included in the room charges. other guests also complained about this missing amenity at reception

my room featured a comfortable bed and the daily room service kept everything super clean. i enjoyed the corner premium queen room on the 19th floor, and the city skyline views were very nice, even from the shower.

The restaurant offers very good food and the staff, including the host, bartenders, and waiters, were all attentive. lavazza coffee is very smooth, and the music creates the perfect brunch vibe. The food is fresh. i enjoyed the coffee bar.

The location was special. Quiet, yet so close to everything. The hotel was clean and well managed, I felt it suited me. The staff are very helpful, they clearly care. Rooms are a decent size and I slept well, it felt luxurious.
The hotel gym needs updated treadmills and expansion.

The staff was very kind and professional, even offering complimentary coffee and lemonade. i found the location to be convenient. Canal street and high-end shopping were within a short walk. the luxurious vibe and spa-like ambiance contributed to a relaxing experience during my work trip.
the restaurant was hosting an event, and i couldn't get food or sit at the bar!
